Drift Day / Track Day At Thunderhill 1/17/04

The Nor Cal Drift Association is sponsoring a track day at Thunderhill Raceway. There will be 6 different groups:



1D - Beginning Drift

2D - Intermediate Drift

3D - Advanced Drift



and



1G - Beginning Grip

2G - Intermediate Grip

3G - Advanced Grip



The track will be split and will be running the east and west loops at the same time. There will be a minumum of 4 sessions per group. Plus there will be 2 skidpads open at all times.

There will be instructors available for both grip and drift sessions. Basic requirments are a helmet and a safe, good running car.

goto Thunderhill.com for track info. I would say 7hours if you drive speed limit.

speed limit....... 60 mph.. but going 110-20 3-4 hours ........... still too far of a drive but it would be nice if it was down here in souther cali

Well the whole point of this is so Nor cal people can have event with out driving down there. I drove down there 9 times this year. So cal has events just about every weekend. It is funny most so cal guys think Button Willow is soooo far alway. I just don't see why so cal guys bitch about nor cal being too far when people have go there all the time for drift events.
