I was looking at the Yokohama's that the Tirerack have on closeout. They are 225 60 15's. These would be going on some 7" rims more than likely. The only thing I don't like about them is the 60 sidewall. I would rather have 50's but these tires are dirt cheap and seem like a good tire. I was looking for something to get me through this summer and to autocross on. Thanks.

Cool. I was wondering if the sidewall would flex too much while driving and autocrossing?

Normally I'd say don't get such wide tires for 7" rims, but for the price that they're down to - why the hell not? The Advan family has pretty stiff sidewalls so it won't be too bad. They are good tires, but they are being discontinued for a reason. There's better out these days. Hell, I got the tires I have on my car now (also AVS Int.) for $60 a pop. Can't beat that price for 225/50/16 tires and find better.

Get them. You'll like them (for the price).

Alrighty cool. Maybe I will hunt down some wider rims here in the near future. Even though the sizing is not perfect, they will be a vast improvement over the pizza cutters I have on there now. Thanks
