What is the ideal offset for these wheel sizes?

Requirements:

NO FENDER RUBBING!!!

turning + bump in road + fender rub = popped out fender = BAD!!!

NO FENDER ROLLING!!!

i don't care if you made your 19x13 wheels fit with the widebody.

Just what is the correct offset? If there is a range of offsets that will fit, please specify that range. If you know the answer, please post and help us all out.

FRONT:

17x8

17x8.5

17x9

18.8

18x8.5

18.9

REAR:

17x8

17x8.5

17x9

18.8

18x8.5

18.9

18x9.5

18x10

There you have it. Hopefully we have some friendly, helpful, knowledgeable people who will know this before we newbies have to buy some wheels.
