Ok, I have decided that I want to go with the Volk GT-Ps (With the polished lip downright shagadelic)...Really don't want to do the whole fender rolling thing ...What offsets do I need to not run for these wheels to not have rubbing issues.

More than likely I am going to go with

- Tokiko Struts

- Not sure what springs but will be lowered 0.5" F and 1.5" R (What do you guys recommend for springs?)

Wheel

- F: 17X9

- R: 17X10

Offset to keep from rolling the fenders:

- F: ???

- R:???

Thanks a bunch,

David

i am just gonna spew out what sleepr1 said before

you need +40 - +50 offset

what size tires do you want ?

my current setup is +38 offset 17x8 and 17x9 , 225/45/17 and 275/40/17

fronts get minor rubbing. go with a 245/40/17 and it should be fine, rears 265/40 shouldn't rub but if you go with 275's you will need the fenders rolled!

this is just my experience on my car

Vosko,

Thanks for replying. I am currently working with Rishe on getting what I need...aparently he has the offsets I need to do the 17x9 and 17x10...He's providing the rubber as well....

You know, I can't find the weight of the GTPs anywhere...you wouldn't happen to know what the GTPs weigh would ya?

I have volk TE-37;s 18x8.5 +40 offset up front with tire 255/35/18 S-03's They rubbed like hell up front rears are 18x9.5 +40 with 285/30/18 No rubiing ever under any circumstances. I have Bilstien Struts and HKS super Sport springs. I had H&R's and they rode much better (softer) but had too much travel for my ill fitting wheels up front. The combo of tire size and offset as well as lower really hurt me. I rolled the fenders at a body shop for 600 with some painting to fix the thrashing on the fenders. Go with at least 44+ offset up front. Even +50 might be better
