Get with Jerk_Racer.. the turbo he got made is exactly what your looking for.. I'd personnaly go with a To4e if I was you with a A/R .89 exaust housing and P-trim wheel and a A/R 60 compressor... It seems to be the best all around turbo for a 13B if you want to drive it all over hell and back and still get around 400 hp with out boost lag etc..
Cool! Thanks!

Huh?!? The turbo that'll eventually go on my car is a BNR Supercars Stage2 with the T04B compressor housing and a few extra options. I got it because I enjoy the stock power but just wanted more of it in all the same places. Going with a hi-flo turbo was the best option in my eyes. I can keep the stock manifold and exhaust this way. Once all is said and done, I should be around 320ish rwhp. BNR Supercars can make turbos that'll do a lot more, but I wanted to keep lag a non-issue. Contact them. Bryan is cool and does good work. http://www.lourdsmusic.com/bnrsupercars/index.htm

I feel sorry for those without turbos. They have turbo lag all the time.

It would be nice to go with the BNR setup, but my manifold has a nice crack in it, the exhaust side of my turbo has a few big cracks in it, and my turbo needs a good rebuild. This place I found is down in Kent, they will build a turbo with whatever I want, and it will have all brand new Garrett parts. No core is required either.

Well, nevermind then. I had a good kouki turbo to start with. It barely even needed a rebuild. It was bought expressly to be built up. What place in Kent is doing this?

The place is called ADP. I talked to a guy there that owns a 87 TII. He has a brand new turbo for sale for $325, but it isn't water cooled. I thought about buying it, but then I figured I would go all out with a ball bearing turbo. I'm not sure though if I should go with an internal wastegate or not. I would like to have an external wastegate that is divorced and comes out right behind the front wheel, but external wastegates are ******* expensive.

Umm...some of us haven't been doing this for 32 years jerk! That could be the reason some of us haven't spent our life saving buying tools.

You can have the stupid manifold/turbine...I keep thinking about the TWO good rotor housings I got out of a WATER LOCKED ENGINE...
