This isn't going to be happening until sometime next year, but I would like to get some prices and hp numbers before then. What I'm looking at doing is rebuilding my engine with a large street port, putting in some 1600cc secondaries, new 550cc primaries, K2RD secondary rail, fuel pressure regulator, new clutch and rebuilding my original tranny. I think I've basically covered all the other mods I need accept suspension and brakes already. My question to you guys is what turbo kit would be good for my car if I wanted somewhere between 400whp and 450whp at 14 psi? I've been told that a gt 35/40, a T66, or a T78 would be good for this, but nobody offers on of these as a kit for my car. Can someone please give me some advice on these setups and give me an idea if they would work? Also if there is something better that will put out the same power #'s and is already available in a kit please let me know. Keep in mind that I will have a Greedy 2 row Vspec intercooler which is good for about 15psi(if I'm correct). Thanks.

don't rebuild the engine unless there is something wrong with it

I have a side seal that is starting to leak. I'm getting lower than normal oil pressure and am getting some fuel in my oil. Also I'd like to have the port job so that I can get the extra power and faster spool it provides.

That intercooler can handle more than 15psi. As for the turbo, for 450hp i would go with the gt35/40. Seems to be a popular choice, and there is alot of help for it. a t78 would be quite a bit more power than you might be looking for.

Do you know of any place that sells a kit that fits the TII or would be easier to but the individual parts separate?

Kind of off the subject, but do you think a hybrid could produce these kinds of #s? That would be a hybrid using the stock s5 turbo.

I'd go t66. It would be way cheaper

And if the t66 crapped out it wouldn't be as much to rebuild, but ask Rotaryman88, his company 1320 sells a gt 35/40 kit for the FC.
