this was done by mike at m&g turbo. its a hybrid garret unit that should be good for some SERIOUS horsepower.. modified housing for bigger compressor wheel.

this is going on my bridgeport fd.

if any of you are interested, hit up m&g turbo at 631-752-1255. 1900 for this, all brass kit, top of the line everything.. ill be postin dyno sheets as soon as i get this on the road in the next few days.. m&g also do custom turbo builds, you tell him what you want, he'll build it at a good price.. hit him up..

$1900 USD for a sleeve bearing turbo, ouch! Or is that for more than just the turbo?

A/R of 1.15 and no v-band setup?Doesn't look like a really expensive turbo but if it puts out the numbers then who cares.

cant say specs on compressor wheel... the flange on their was my choice, because I had the xs kit (I reused my 1.15 back housing on that turbo, and im reusing their downpipe manifold). he'll build any turbo you want.

Buying spare parts one at a time might cost you that much, but you still got shafted.

Guy I know put a custom T70 on his Honda for $700 CDN.

I can buy a sleeve bearing GT42 with 102mm compressor for about half that price.

And these are from 2 different places, not one place selling for dirt cheap.

I'm pretty sure for that price I'd just have gone out and got myself a T76 P or Q trim turbo for around $1300. I think you just got fucked over pretty good with that $1900 price tag, and your even using your old ex housing.. whoa!

I'm going to have to agree. But I'll be optomistic about it and wait to see some numbers
