Injector Wiring ?
#1
On one of my wires from the ECU to the injectors the resistance is high(harness??) and I was thinking of running new seperate wires from the injectors to the ecu. My question is the other wire from the injector, where does it get connected , ground?, EGI main relay like the original wires run inside the harness????
One more ?? while I have your attention. The voltage at my fuel pump is 11.75-12. Is this in need of attention? new separate relay and wires? my voltage has always been a little low as I have the main underdrive pulley and the greddy altenator pulley also.
Thanks

The black/yellow wire has to go to the EGI relay, it's a hot wire, not ground. The ECU grounds the injector circuits. Strangely enough, the wire to the injectors runs all the way from the EGI relay, inside the car then back out through the firewall with the rest of the harness, using the blue plug under the dash near the ECU.
If you are testing your voltage at the pump while the engine is running (idling) expect the voltage at the pump to be lower than the rest of the system. This is the condition where the stock ECU puts the fuel pump resistor in the circuit, reducing the voltage. I don't know your ECU or circuit, though.

Thanks tyson thats what I thought on the injectors
I have my FP relay setup to run the high voltage all the time sorry i didnt add that earlier
Ill problly check the voltage on the B/Y wires and make sure there OK then run new wires from injector to ecu
