Right now I've been running 14 PSI sometimes it spikes to 15

I was initially running 10 during the break in period

and It runs flawless! except for a slipping clutch

How Much boost can I turn it up untill I will need to upgrade the fuel system...

read my Spec's and tell me:

3" Intake Side IC piping

HKS Race Bypass Valve

NPR Large FMIC

modified secondary fuel rail with custom fittings and -8 line to the primary rail

Stock Metal undercar fuel rails

Walbro 255 Hi_pressure FP running on its own Relay

1680cc secondary injectors and 850cc primarys

Turbonetics RaceGate

Also I have yet to Dyno My car (need to replace the clutch)

What's your estimate I'm putting down at the wheels?

Should I add another walbro pump with a seperate relay and -8 lines under the car and -6 return

and have the second pump only come online when I hit a preset boost level

Or replace the Walbro with a Supra Pump

Goal is 425-450 RWHP

It kind of depends on how your motor was built , was it with 3mm seals or back to stock 2mm seals? Thats how i would limit how much boost to run, With 2mm seals I would take it to 18-19Psi Tops for me that is with your current setup, 3mm I would take it to 25Psi.

IF you normally run 10-15 psi, I think you should be getting about 350rwhp, with more tuning and crank the boost up to 25psi its possible you can reach your goal.

Oh sorry I never answered your question, I think you could take it to 19-20Psi before upgrading.

yah stock 2mm seals hold LOTS of boost... some of the guys making huge HP use the stock 2mm seals.
