Does anyone know how to get a billet grille as shown below. I take it the grille is homeade? Thanks.

 

I like it. They should of made the V at the bottom of the bar the shape of a rotor.

 

Yup. I did something similar on my car. It's just adhesive crome door trimming from Autozone or pep boys. 10 bucks for a large roll. measure, cut, glue and clean. I did 3 lines only on my car with no RX-8 logo, but this guy had his car completly de-badged and was looking for something to do with it.
