I'm about to buy a short-shifter and that should actually fix the synchro problem, because right now I'm missing a bushing that goes on the shifter and it's keeping it from going properly into gear sometimes. Well the main problem is that the current bushings are ******* GONE, so the shifter wobbles like hell and I'll mis-shift alot because it's hard to get a straight line to shift it into the next gear. I'd buy OEM, but I can buy a short-shifter from my friend for cheap and it has the bushings anyways, so... yeah! :P
