Regular maintenance:
Oil change every 2,000 miles
Fuel filter replaced (Feb 20, 2006)
Pettit PROTEK-R used at every gas fill-up (one of the reasons for the great compression results)
Transmission and Rear-End using NEO Synthetic (flushed/filled Dec 10, 2005) NEO helped out a lot with the cold shifting knot-chi-ness (tried to spell it) everyone has
Radiator Flush and Fill Done (May 7, 2006)
NGK Platinum 9’s all around (replaced May, 7 2006) “I Will include 4 new NGK Platnium 9’s with sale”

GREDDY Blowoff Valve ($200.00)
GREDDY Profec B ($400.00)
GREDDY Turbo timer ($100.00)
GREDDY SMIC ($1095.00)
GREDDY Elbow ($187.50)
APEXI-Power FC+Commander ($1200.00)
20B Fuel Pump ($265.00)
Magnecor 10mm wires ($80.00)
Autometer Boost gauge ($58.00)

Slotted/Drilled Brembo Rotors & Hawk Pads replaced ($450.00)
New Wiring Harness (replaced when the reman was installed) $797.00
Front Brake Calipers, Lower-Intake Manifold, Upper-Intake Manifold & Throttle-Body are all polished (“CantGoStraight” did the polishing)
Double throttle Modification has been done to the UIM
Paper’s to Prove: $23,000 + (not including regular maintenance) has been spent on this car
Body Condition:
Exterior: 9 out of 10. (small dent on Drivers side, It’s smaller then a penny; see pic)
Under Hood Fire Sheet Thing has been worn due to the Turbo Pipe touching it (pic included)
The Stereo Antenna stopped moving up just recently. The motor still works, just the wire thing inside the antenna needs to be replaced.
Interior 9 out of 10. (Wear on Drivers side seat; see pic) That’s it, Interior is Really Clean!!!
I had the mirrors, rear spoiler, and rear bumper re-sprayed ($400.00) Other then that the Paint is Original VR. I also updated it with the Mazda flying “M”
My Impression of Car:
This is my second RX7. The first one I owned was an Automatic. After about a year with that one I sold it. Too many issues with it; and people trying to rip me off. So I vowed to get another RX7. After about 18 months searching I found this one in Houston, TX. I ended up flying there from South Carolina, and driving it back. What a drive that was, absolutely a thrill to say the least.
The Car has only been seeing 10psi of boost. You will see that the Boost Controller is set to the very lowest setting. Attached is the dyno sheet (312.3hp, 268.1tq) 4th gear pull. The Power-FC is still in it’s stock configurations (meaning it has never been tuned). The performance shop that installed it, increased the fuel setting (for reliability purposes) until a certified Apexi tuner can tune it. I had Steve Osley look at the Map for me, when he had the car. He saw no issue with it at all. Steve Also set the Radiator Fans to came on at (low) 80 degrees; (Med) 85 degrees. The car never runs hot!!
Other than the Stereo Antenna not going up, the car currently has Zero Issues! I welcome anyone to come by and check it out. Of course I will not offer joy rides to non-serious buyers. Some guys in the South-East Forum can speak for my car as well. I went to one of the Cold meets they had in March (Frankies Fun Park).
PRICE:
$19,000 (stock pop-up lights); $20,000 (Sleek HID headlights)
The reason for the two separate prices is because, on my way back for HIN in North Carolina, my drivers side head-light cover decided it wanted to fly away. So now I’m trying to figure out if I should upgrade to Sleek-Headlight’s (makes the car look better, modernizes it, and improves lighting) or buy another cover from Ray Crow and have it painted and replaced. I will make the decision next week some-time. I just wanted potential buyers who are looking for something specific know that now is the time if you prefer the Sleek look over the Pop-up look!
