Yea I figured they might be gram lights, but I wasn't entirely sure, because my broker never told me the make of the rims, and the gram lights are almost identical to the 5zigen's. The car will be registered in Canada first, so I'm pretty sure that a registered Canadian car can be transferred into the US and insured, because after it is registered here it is no longer a japanese car but a canadian one. But yes, you may want to make sure with your DMV first.

UPDATE: Went to see the car in person yesterday, it is so beautiful. I wasn't able to get into it or start it or anything cuz it was in the customs yard, but it does have gram lights, and the coilovers are cuscos, and it's a 2+2. Oh and it has a mazdaspeed shifter. More to come after it clears customs.
