'90 Turboii Red/black Leather - $4250
#1
'90 Red with black leather interior TurboII for sale. Car is basically completely unmolested stock. A/C still there, ABS still there, etc.. It's got new(er) tires on it, 90% or so tread left on them. Newer breaks.
Red paint is in great shape, with a few problem areas here and there (nothing serious, but a few dings, etc). Really held up well for 13 year old red paint. Black leather interior has a small tear in drivers side seat on the inside of the seat (where the left side of your back, about your left kidney would hit when you're driving), and same in passenger seat, except right kidney. They're there, but not extremely noticable when looking from outside.
Problem, I was about to rebuild the turbo and got the compressor side off and found out it's in no shape for a rebuild. So it's going to need a S5 Turbo to replace it. The housings might be reusable, but the cartridge should be changed with a completely new one (if you see it, you can decide for yourself what is salvagable and what isn't). I just seen some guy selling a T04B with a manifold for $680 or so. Incredibe price, might as well pick that up if you can.. That'd be under $5k for a S5 TurboII with a T04B.. not bad. Or even another guy's selling a full T04B compressor housing and shaft, all it needs is turbine housing, which is the good (so far) side of this turbo, for $300.
110k or so on the chassis. Not sure exact mileage on the engine. Can have a compression test done for your peace of mind.

I'm interested. Could you shoot a few pics to russpotvn@olp.net please?
Also where do you keep getting these rx-7s?

I can get some pics yeah.
And I steal 'em.. er.. no.. I just keep my eyes open, a few people I know know that I'm into them, etc.. and I have the cash on hand to pick 'em up. This one I picked up to hopefully trade for an FB race car and some cash, but I think I'd rather sell it and buy the FB race car and also an FB street car.

If he finds a car he can make some money on, then let him. Don't go running your mouth trying to ruin his sale.

not to mention the fact that I'm selling it dirt cheap (actually a trade, an FB near complete race car & spares selling for $2500, probably worth a bit more, but this is gonna be *my* race car )
