Guys, I am having a tough time finding what I want. Here's basically it...

I'm fond of silver, black, and red. A 1994 is preferable and I'd like to see a recently rebuilt and fortified motor (hurley seals and 3mm Apex would be nice). New turbos would be nice too. Cosmetically, I would like to see maybe a set of rims and a paint job would be good. I am not looking for 600HP. I am looking for some power mods but nothing huge. Reliability is my main concern as this will be my daily driver for approximately 1 year. Suspension would be preferable too... Basically, I am willing to spend up to about $18,000 in cash for the right car. FD3Boost has THE RIGHT car but he doesn't appear willing to sell. So, my search continues...
