2005 RX8 13,750 Oklahoma City, OK
#1
I have decided to sell my 2005 Mazda RX-8 Touring. I am the second owner. The original owner was an old man who kept the car for 5,000 miles. He sold it due to health issues.
The car has 57,XXX on it. I have never had a problem with the vehicle. I have driven it from the East coast to the West coast 3 times in the last 9 months. It has been a great car and I am only selling because I want to be debt free.
The car has cloth seats, power windows, power locks, glass moon roof, home link (programmable to open your garage doors), and more. It is red with black interior. I will be posting pictures of the car this weekend when I can clean it due to the weather.
The back window was replaced due to a golf ball being hit through it in South Carolina. New window has a warranty on it. The car was also backed into above the driver’s side rear tire in Phoenix, AZ. It was not anything huge and the shop in Scottsdale that repaired it did a wonderful job. You would not have noticed any imperfections had I not told you, but I feel it needs to be disclosed to the buyer. Paint matches perfectly and has a warranty on the work.
Again this car has taken me around the country and all the miles are highway miles. I would drive it anywhere. I have performed all the maintenance on the vehicle. The oil has been changed every 3,000 miles. I have built many rotary engines stock and large hp single turbo cars and keep up with my cars. This motor is solid. I have never had a starting problem even just moving it around in the driveway.
The car will need new tires as I ran a set of aftermarket wheels for the last 30,000+ miles on it. Last week the thermometer on the home link mirror started acting funny. It was 85* out and it said -13*. There is another thermometer in the car on the dash so I didn’t think much of it, but I will look into it before it is sold.
As for the price I have 2 ways it can be done. I can put brand new tires and perform a tune up before the car is sold. If you want this done the price is $13,750. You will need to do nothing but drive her. Tune up will include oil change, filter, plugs, and plug wires. I just changed the oil 1500 miles ago and put in a new air filter at the same time.
If you want to purchase the car as is the price is $13000. I have checked KBB and NADA for pricing and believe this to be fair.
Please send any questions or offers to bradgoldengolf@gmail.com. When sending a email please include your phone number if you want me to call you. Sorry I don’t like posting my phone number on a public forum. My email comes to my phone and I will be with you soon.
Thank you for looking and photos will be up tomorrow.
