for those that are curious why the price is so low, the car was in houston during a flood in 1996 and so because of previous flood damage the title is not clean. the car has had three owners and the damage was incurred by the first owner. it has since then been repaired and the car was painted white from montego blue, everything but the engine bay is white. the car has 60,000 miles on it (i will take a picture of the odometer this weekend) and runs clean. it's a great catch for $9900, for someone not willing to pay upwards of $17,000 for an FD with more miles on the body.
