Power Fc Commander Mount Brkt For Sale
#1
Every couple of months I see a post asking "how to mount the Commander" for the Apexi Power FC.
This is my version......
IM not saying it's the best, just a simple effective design that's secure & easy to install.
It mounts beside the stereo, is angled towards the driver & doesn't cover up any switches.
Secured by a combination of methods.
1st) A tab fits on the slot between the stereo & dash.
2nd) A joggle on the back of the bracket creates both a brace & large surface area for industrial grade double face tape to secure it to the dash.
Even when pressing the buttons hard you'll notice it's rock solid!
Draw backs? Not practical if you need to constantly "hide" your commander for theft protection. You would need to add new tape each time, plus it takes a considerable amount of effort to remove the commander from the bracket.
If requested, I can include sticky back Velcro, but I noticed the commander can wiggle a bit. It won't fall off, it's just not as solid.
The best part? Only $15 Total, Shipping included
