Any reputable machine shop can lap irons for you, doesn't necessarily need to be a rotary specific shop..

Do a search and you can find our results with blanchard grinding. I've had two local shops do irons for me. Good, consistent results at one with a surface measured at 50% smoother than a brand new stock iron. The other shop not so good. Paul Yaw actually recommends grinding over lapping. He hand laps his irons for finish after grinding.

What are irons? Is that the front/int/rear plates?
