Mazdaspeed7 thats one of the main issues I wasnt sure about? I have the aftermarket exhaust and intake, but will I need larger injectures or anything else if I do a large streed port?
if you really want a nice street port then go with the t2 secondary plates and port those. that will net over 200 at the wheels with a standalone.
or
euro NA end plates have smooth aux port casting and if you port that into one port and connect it at the manifold side as well makign it one big street port with an addition of some nice cutom intake manifold it will equal to some nice power output.

Your injectors will be fine for a mild street port if you have them properly cleaned and tested.
www.cruzinperformance.com has a good service. Not sure how quick they are compared to RC Engineering but if your down for a rebuild it should matter.

And removal of the exhaust sleeve isnt for everyone. Its not necessary with a mild SP. But it will move the powerband up some, and it makes the exhaust note smoother and deeper.

Here...read up....

This should answer some of your basic questions. It answered mine.
And right here...

Good luck. If you only have 750 to spend, a factory seal kit for a 13b is like 800 bucks. Give or take.

The Rotary Aviation seal kit has everything for around $550, including teflon combustion coolant seal and viton o-rings.
