Torque Settings?

Has anyone got a good link or the Torque settings for a 94 Fd engine?



I've managed to loose the folder with my Technical data in and like a dumb *** i've assembled it then though where is it?? Ended up ripping the house to bits with no Luck



So if any one has the Settings it would be Appreciated.

Does this look about right?



Tension bolts 25lbs



Front Pulley 65-100



Flywheel nut 300lbs



Stationary gears 12-17lbs



I just found that on a Peice of Paper and i think it was for my T2? does it sound about right?

Tension bolts - 27lbs



front pulley - 80lbs

I'd do the tension bolts at least 30ft/lb. I done mine to 25 the first time and it leaked water, re-done them to just under 40ft/lb and it was spot on.

clean the threads on the front side housing. 10mm by 1.0 to ensure proper tq.. tension bolts 32lbs

I ran a tap down the Threads and wire brushed the Bolts becouse i couldn;t find a Die the right size



I'll go over them again and bring it up to 32lbs

I'll second the cleaning threads with a 10mm x 1.00 tap.



I just did a 4 port 13B to 29lbs on Thursday. Got it running yesterday. It needs tuning; the headers glow.

For RB aluminum flywheel to counterweight bolts 28 ft/lbs.
