Hey

so ive got an old style 13b and its got the 3b plates and i was looking at getting a standard tall port center plate(the one without the emissions hole in the top) .

so my question is how much of a difference does or would this plate make in comparision over my standard 3b plate? is it a worth while upgrade?

and if it makes any difference ill be bridging all my plates later on?

All the plates can be ported to approximately the same timings and ported to roughly the same flow the only difference is velocity, the smaller port will be more efficient as it will have higher velocity, it will be more drivable. The larger port might make a little more top end HP if your running high rpm all the time. This is for NA engines
