aint that exhaust port made to spool turbos faster i have a few housings that have the same port and was told that type of port was for larger turbos also i thought you heat went up like crazy when you knocked the sleeves out is any of this true?

you're normal state of tune would theoretically already be as advanced as you could possibly run. if you advance it any further it would detonate. it would be easier to have a later closing port and use anti lag for spool than the other way around.

but then wont you have to much overlap? also what do you mean by "using antilag"?

Looks good man. What kind of power/torque are you expecting?

personally i think the exhaust port's too big. if you're gonna go that big just knock out the sleeve. you'll gain a ton of power, case the sleeve's your bottleneck right now. as it is you're just shortening your powerstroke unecessarily w/ such an early exhaust opening. you'd make more power w/ a smaller exhaust port if the sleeve is left in.
they're not as bad as you think tho. my last motor with a street port and these housings had great low end power and made impressive power under moterate boost.
im confident that this motor will meet my hp goals.
thanx for the comments...
brian, ito.... any thoughts?

me and my engine builder think the exaust port is a lil too big too. i got these housings a few years ago with that exaust port already in them. im too cheap to buy new ones to change the port, so untill one of them gets damaged, im sticking with them
