dont bridge it if you are gonan use the stock intakemanifolds. smooth out the secondary port, leave the aux alone you cant realylsmooth it out while using that sleeve. just port the primary port a lot, somethign like this...
you are not gonna gaine much power at all by messing with the secondary plate, also read on how mazdatrix does their portign on the 6 port engines, they have it reviewed there and have a few pics also.

You cant have those sharp corners on the ports. It will eat up side and corner seals.
I hope youre not doing a bridgeport to save money and get good hp. It costs more to make horsepower with a n/a than it does with a turbo.

yeah, i need to radius all the sharp edges, but this is a first draft so to speak, ill go do that right now. The way i have it now i'ts not touching the oil seal path at all, but is there enough casting down there to go more? keeping it away from the oil seal and side seal track of course. I'm doing it because i would like to stay N/A It doesnt matter to much if i make ungodly amounts of power, I'd be happy if this makes a nice increase over stock. Yes i allready have exhaust, but i was thinking of going to 3inch or 2.75 from 2.5 for after the rebuild. I know turbos are the easiest way to make power, they just don't apeal to me as much as an NA does. I'll get a t2 or FD someday and have fun with that, but right now this is where i am.

you are not gonan get much more flow if you port down, just smooth out the cassting in that area and leave it alone, what peopel are telling you here is from experience many people have tried things that you are going to do, and it might not be obvisous to you that a certain type of port will not make good power but it does to people here, thats why we are trying to keep you away from mistakes.

Anything smaller than a 3" exhaust will be restrictive on that porting. And you can scratch the idea of pre-made headers. Youre going to need headers with larger pipes than anything RB makes. I havent checked Mindtrain in a while, but I doubt they will have anythign big enough either.
Im tryign to tell you going this route will not be cheap. You could make do with a stock S4 manifold/TB, but you will will take a large hit in power and drivability by doing so. You will need a free flowing exhaust. Any restriction on the exhaust will have a very strong negative affect on drivability and power. Free flowing exhausts are loud, and youll need a full custom exhaust to get the necessary flow for that engine. You wont be able to get it to run right on the stock ecu. You may get it to run, but it wont be anywhere near right. Youre also going to need big injectors.
