Help With Port Matching

and this is my second port i got the wall to thin between the o ring and port what shoud i do to make it a little better? also after i took the pic i reworked the bowl at the bottom and raised the bridgeport up some what else do i need to do

Ok, first put the dowel pins in the iron, then grab a sheet of plexiglass and cut out holes for the dowel pins. Once that is done make sure it is solid and will not move left or right and such. Once that is done simply trance your port on it. Then tkae it of that iron, put the dowel pins in the other iron, slide the sheet over it and compare. Does that make any sense?
