First off: corner seals. can I use the stock corner seals without the rubber plugs or should I go ahead and just order some solid ones? Any problems w/ the solids or any tips?

2nd: I have heard that the RA apex springs aren't as high of quality as Mazda. Does atkins sell mazda ones? They are a decent price and I was wondering if their quality.

Thanks guys.

thanks!

well I came to the logical conclusion that it's prolly not a good idea to go w/o the rubber inserts... So, should I go ahead and get solids or stick w/ stock?

Regarding the seal springs, it is my understanding that the combustion force is going to push against the side of the apex seal and down into the slot where the seal sits and create a much higher force pushing out to the housing than the spring is going to do. If that's the case then how much difference does a spring make except for cranking?

Run stock apex seal spring with the RA seals, the RA springs have been known to flatten out rather fast.

Ok, so does Atkins sell stock springs or are they aftermarket?

Nevermind, I just ordered everything. I went with solid corners from atkins and just got some mazda apex springs from malloy, they ended up being cheaper than atkins anyways...
