Blown water seal street port 4 port

I was woundering what you people think about the street port on my 4 port 13b. First off i took the engine apart because it overheated and blew a water seal. So i want to see what you guys think (Judge Ito and you other rotary builders) of the street port job on my 13b 4 port, which i did not do but i want to make better. Other parts i am running on my 13b where racing beat carb setup, and racing beat exhaust. Is there much to gain from working this street port but not go into anything like bridge or p racing port? And after my rebuild is broken in and i get the cash i want to go turbo with a stand alone. Thanks for the info people.
