In the 70s and 80s we raced at Road America a number of times. Good memories of most visits. Schwartzes steak house at Saint Anna. Corn and Brats at the track.

We did well only once. Had a win, a DNF (Fuel cell). another DNF (shattered engine) and another DNF (shattered engine).

For the most part, always a good time people wise. Never had bad weather, although very warm.

The Mighty Fiat in Red Roof Inns livery. Our only win.

we still race a couple times a year up at elkart and the people are still freindly and the weather is still hot and predictable. sept this year at the sprints had some odd rain - hail storm come in out of the blue. anyways the track is faster then ever, the bridge over the track is now gone and in its place is a tunnel under the track . yall sould come back and have some fun again up there. the run offs are up there for the next 3 years after this year.
