i was thinking the same thing, as i do every year, but if the forecast is bad, you just cancel and get credit for the next event. so i figure i got nothing to lose because i'll do their pocono events (so close) and i hope to do watkins glen with them as well.

rain events area alot of fun actually..... you learn to drive a lot cleaner line and there's not alot of people on the track with you usually.

r u gonna participate? i guess i can slap them hawk pads on and go as is as long as i pass tech and see what happens.



what do they define as "mechanic"?

all i saw for helmets was to be sa or m approved. does it matter if its full or half face?

i used to use open face helmet so that is fine too.
