P-Port Intake Manifold and Throttle Body
#1
I am going to get my p-port running agina and have decided to convert it from carb to EFI and am in need of some opinions about intake manifold designs. Keep in mind that it will be turbocharged.
First one I thought that I would use no intake plenum by having a single throttle body on top of the intake runners, then the fuel injectors right below the throttle body.
The other one would have a plenum and would have the throttle body before the plenum, with the injectors on the runners from the plenum.
I am thinking that the one with the plenum will would be more efficient.
Any thoughts would be great.

lol, you turkey!
Mine wouldn't work too well with a turbo setup, wouldn't like the pressure.
I would go with a single throttle body, plenum and then runners, with the injectors in the runners.

Thats what I am thinking.
If I remember correctly, the shorter the runners, the more response I get out of it, but I loose my lowend torque? I need to dig up the info about the 787b's engine and all about the variable length intake manifold. All I know is that I do not want to have any curves in the runnners, I want them going straight out.

I'm doing something similar for a semi-peripheral port engine
