4.30 final drive ratio

If you're going to add the TII transmission you should try to get a TII rear end as well. Then it's a good excuse to make the switch to 4.3. I've never used the 4.3 before, but people have told me they liked it. When I switch the rear in my car I'm going to go with the 4.3.

Yeah, I was going to swap out rear ends when I swap out my tranny. I am going to change the ring & pinion gears to 4.30 while its all out. Just wanted feedback from someone that has it in there car. I have heard that it'll shave about a second off your quarter mile time. You know if it's true?

Yeah, I was going to say that "I think your breaking some kind of a record there!" Oh well. So where do you live?

You never see any 7s around here, well if you do its a 40 year old woman driving. Every once and a while I'll see a 2nd gen with exhaust, raced one once and killed it. The only fixed up 7s I see are 3rd gens, and it is rare. People fix up stupid **** here. The other day I saw a older Saturn on rims and a bunch of yellow stickers and a yellow racing stripe. Tons of hondas with 4 foot tall wings, but most of them are slow. I wish I saw more fixed up 7s around.
