My friend is about to buy a car but he has 2 cars in mind. He's thinking of buying a WS6 trans am or STI impreza. So what do u guys think would be a better car, performance wise.

SO what do u guys think, help himout.

i always liked F bodies ....... so i'd say WS6

 

i say go with the fbody if he plans to make big power and still drive it everyday. The LS1 or LS1/6 that the new fbodies have mods very well and it won't create issues in making big power like a turbo car. You pretty much can't screw up, intake, headers, exhaust, cam and or heads, and a 150 dry shot should be enough to curl his toes.



It all depends on what he wants to get out of the car, i've been very well introduced to both cars and although totally different they are both a hell of alot of fun. One thing to note is that the insurance on a TA is cheaper than a turbo car also.

 

also there is no really point in getting a ws6 over a normal TA if you are to mod it anyway

 

That new STi is very impresive,I drove one!Very fun car.

i would take the ws6 but that is for drag now road racing i would take the sti

 

Those are two totally different cars.. but I do agree with mazdaspeed.

 

I'd take the STI for sure
