I had the recall done on my 90GTU for the seatbelts no questions asked. Probably not the same though.

The Audi dealership here is the same. They ar epainfully incompetant. I asked for a broken directional lamp to be fixed at a service interval and I got the car back with white epoxy all over the passanger fender and it will not come off.

They have been trying to find a coolent leak since I bought the car it still leaks after 4 attempts to fix it.

The think that pisses me off is that they apologize profusely and are to freaking nice. A little attitude is what I need so I can punch out someones lights. They are too nice... bastards!!

Polite + Incompetant = Frustrating

last time i worked at the dealership i'm at now ( ) the service writer used to tell people "bring it in, i want to look at it, i dont think we'll be able to fix it"

our techs couldnt fix a sandwich

We're supposed to take it in on Monday, and they're supposed to have a loaner for us.
