2 Door 5.0 Explorer
#1
im selling my seven for a ford explorer sport (dont ask) it will probablly be a 97 or something like that.
in the mid-late 90's ford made their explorer limited's with a 5.0 (same as mustangs) but the bad part was that they are heavy suv's (over 4,000 lbs)
the sport on the other hand NEVER came with a v-8, but they are lighter mid-high 3,000's.
does anyone know if you can transplant the k member from a v-8 limited into a v-6 two door? they have the exact same front ends, but im not sure about some small difference they may have..
the truck is going to recieve a blown 5.0 engine most likely and it seems it shouldnt be hard to do, no welding involved either..
