WTT: S4 N/A FC

My daily-driven 1987 Mazda RX7

The Good:

- All papers, clean title.

- The car is awesome and Earl-certified.

- Midnight Pearl Black with a little hint of bbq grill charcoal pewter in some spots

- 13B NA motor out of a 1988 FC3S convertible. Good compression; 95+lbs front and rear rotor.

- "Rat's Nest" removed block off plates installed.

- No emissions bullshit whatsoever.

- ALL FLUIDS FLUSHED AND CHANGED ON A RELIGIOUS BASIS.

- This also means no OMP's (Oil Metering Pumps), and car has been premixed ever since. Don't get scared, it's not complicated. Just pour the right ratio into gas tank (about 16-18 oz. for every 16 gallons of gas/full tank) and you are set. I'll even give you a personal lesson if you still don't get it.

- 5th and 6th ports fixed to be open all the time.

- Full race exhaust: Pacesetter 2.5 Header into a Racing Beat Test Pipe into a 3" single exit cat-back with a silencer. The entire system has been welded into one continous piece.

- XTD Stage 3 clutch. Spring-loaded six-puck (you read right), which makes for crazy aggressive Himalayan Death Grip clamping action, but with the driver friendliness of OEM. Less than 3000 miles on it.

- Car has NEVER BEEN OVERHEATED. Contrary to what many may think, I drive like a grandma off of the track. My associates can attest to this.

- Heater and defrost work. Really good.

- Autotechnic S7 Electronic Water Temp gauge. Defi-look alike.

- Momo steering with momo hub.

- White El Glow Gauges. They are hot.

- Power windows.

- Sunroof works.

- S4 Clutch-type LSD. You can do the drifty in this cut.

- car comes equipped with Option J.D.M. International sticker.

- minimal interior: the car only has the grey interior from said convertable which consists of - the dash, door panels, and leather seats with speaker headrests, making for an easier project car to start with. Less garbage for you to throw away.

- Car will come with a bunch of S5 TII stuff (upper/lower intake manifolds, entire car wiring harnesses, busted red TII hood, ****, etc.)

- Car starts right up every time, making for quick and dependable get-aways.

- Car has been known to eat parked ENZO'S, McClarens, and Zondas!!!

- Car looks daaamn hot at night. And in the rain. And when you don't look at it.

ok, now onto The Bad:

- Bigass exhaust leak between where the header mates the block. New exhaust gaskets and studs (one of them is broke) should fix this.

- windshield has several bigass cracks, but I've been driving like this for like two years, so its all good.

- passenger side window switch is gone. All power and control of power windows are left to the driver. They both go up and down.

- The car BEEPS after going 60+mph for over twenty seconds. This is due to the fact that the speedo cable isn't properly hooked up. It's cool though, get a CD player and turn it up to 11 - you won't even hear it.

- Okay, now since the speedo cable isn't hooked up, that also means the speedometer doesn't work. It's all good really; 2000rpms in 5th gear = 60mph-ish. I've been meaning to get around to fixing that, but alas...**** it. It's a quick fix, really.

- Door handle locks are different from the key to the ignition, and no, I don't have those. Which means: you can't lock the driver's side door. Yeah, that sucks, but locksmiths are reasonably cheap.

The black one.

More pics per request.

Looking to trade straight up for (running and somewhat dependable):

- Convertable FC

- late-model Toyota Cressida (5-lug models)

- Nissan M30/Leopard

- will entertain other offers...

PM me.

located in the Olympia, Tacoma, South Seattle area.

chucking deuces,

very tempting considering I just sold mine. No problems I can't handle and the fact that it already has the good s4 lsd and 5 lug makes it even more attractive. I will keep you posted. I work at a dealership and get good deals on not just parts but locksmith work also.

Would you teach me how to drive stick if I bought the car?

HahahaX100.

That **** made my night.

Car's still for sale, first one to come down to Olympia with $700 in cold hard cash takes it.

Already picked up a (pimper) daily driver, so no trades.

Remember that this is a $700 car for a reason. It runs, drives, and stops. Nothing much more than that. It's also got a BIGASS exhaust leak right now.

No flakers, hagglers, or scrubs.

Drop the cash and zoom-zoom on out. This is not a negotiation.

thanks.
