He said it's paper'd. It might be good. ANd you can license it as an off road vehicle for show and race purposes no probllem. Then just run your plates onit when you want to drive it. No cop can tell the difference between a 83 and a 79. It shold be paper'd already there are a few in the us. Since there was no difference between the JDM and USDM bumpers they were easy to register...
