My winter project? Getting my car running.

Jeff20B and I are in the process of rebuilding the engine. Sometime I'll get around to posting a project thread about it. We're doing some mildly interesting stuff to it.

My winter project started the day after Christmas, last year, when I purchased my 1980 RX-7 from a guy I work with. It had a blown clutch, and as of today, it has no clutch - Waiting on the new one to come in the mail. Once that is done, i'll be rebuilding the Carb, replacing the dash and gauges, and some light body work. This is clearly a "winter - spring - fall" project for someone like me who has never worked on cars before! So far it has proven fun, educating, expensive, and frustrating. I am hoping that someday, sometime, I will be able to drive this classic beauty.

My winter project: I hope to get all charges dropped, and my lawyer gives me a full refund just so he can feel good about himself.

ok, here's my real "late winter" project: It's time to see if all the kings horses, and all the kings men can put supercar back together again.

What happened to the door?
The weather strip seals at the bottom of the windows disintegrated, allowing all the water to run down into the doors. The bottom of the doors were rusted all the way through, so the skin was barely hanging.
