That sounds cool, i need to get that bumper fixed and on the car, im sick of looking at it in my garage! I could easily do it myself with bondo or gurrila hair (super fine bondo right?) but im worried that the thing will crack again if any stress is put on it.

Nice to meet ya rfreeman. After I went to turn my lights off, I walked back through the lanes and started talking to the guy in the Cobra and then all hell broke loose! I got soaked while running back to my car.
I thought I took a direct hit when that lightening bolt came down Nasty! Had to take a detour on the way home - Lightening hit a barn off of 75 and it was burning bad with the Fire Dept. blocking the road.
Got my rain check, so maybe next week....

Im going to go saturday morning. Hopefully I will not get shot by the domestic guys, they dont take kindly to imports on saturday mornings LOL.

Know i know exactly how vosko ******* feels. I lost ot a modded 03 cobra. Twice. The kid (18, dad bought him a brand new 40k cobra) was talking **** at first, but once i ttalked to him he was pretty cool about it.
**** **** on the second run, We were neck and neck, i cut a 1.6 60' things were looking great...then at ******* 6k in third i get this breakup! WTF it made me loose the race!! So i figure it was boost cut (PFC feature that cuts fuel after you go 25% over the target boost level) becuase wargasm and I discovered it was doing it before. The i look at the max recall for boost on my commander...and it said -.51 mmgh.
WTF?? i know i was boosting because i still cut a 12.5 et with the god damn breakup. I dont think i was creeping at all, because numerous street testing has shown that i get very little creep.
Mabye ign. related problems?? I dont think so, why would it pop up now? I checked the plug wires, they were all tight. I dsont see why this happened now! I will pull the plugs when it cools to see if theyt are toast, but they are 2k old, never been flooded, ect.
**** it was a good looking run too. did nice roasty burnout with the et streets, launched at 8k (yikes! vosko style biotch, and i havent broken anything (drivetrain related LOL) yet) shifted to second at 8k, didnt even churp them, et streeets stuck like a **********er, hit third very hard and clean, and then this ****!!
err mabye im overreactiong, but im still mad i lost to that cobra. Its an 03 silver with intake exhaust, and a blower pully located in gaithersburg.
Mabye i need mroe tunning at higher PSI. My injector duty hit 95%, i know thats nuts but it was on 110 octane race fuel, and it was hitting that high before when i was running pig rich.
Mabye im just still too rich in high boost levels. When i started tunning it with wargasm, WOT a/f ratios were in the ******* 9's!
I know its a brand new car, 390 hp STOCK, but i still would have loved to wipe his ***.
any other ideas becides just tunning or boostcreep issues?
