hey i just bought the ACT street/strip clutch kit. its got everything u need to install but i have no idea what im doing no money to pay some shop 300+ to install it. i was hoping someone in the tri state area would be willing to help me out with the install, ive got all the tools u need pretty much i think minus a torque wrench, but ill drive out to u or if u wanna come to me whatever works. i figure its an easy way to meet some rx guys as well. anyway give word is u got time and patience to help

Anybody south of him wanna do the same thing? Nothing as exciting as an ACT clutch here, though, I just burned out my pressure plate and need to put a new one in.

'course, the thing only goes into reverse right now, so it'd be a little harder for me to drive out to you, although I could get it towed a ways.

A clutch install is not bad at all. It's explained pretty good in the FSM...You might need a partner to help mate the tranny to the bell housing, but other than that, it's a one man job.
