Sounds like fun, the brother in law lives in Marshall, VA, but last I heard he was moving.

 

Alexandria is right across the Potomac from DC, about an hour and a half from Richmond, assuming there's no traffic. That's kind of like assuming that your **** is worth its weight in gold, since traffic in the Northern Virginia area is generally a hellish nightmare.

The girl I bought my Chevy C30 truck from lived near Middleburg. I believe Marshall is just a stone's throw from there. It's very nice. Horse country, lots of nice farms, but under heavy development pressure.

 

i bet they have some fine "thoroughbreds" there....
