i was at the light of 188 st exit off the GCP. and saw a dark FD with what look liked a sleek headlight kit on the other side of 188 st.

anyone from here?

What's up that wasn't me (black 95 stock lights) but I live about 1 min drive from that exit. I've passed that guy before once or twice recently too.
