Hey guys, I joined to get some in-depth information on rotary engines. I am saving for a 87 FC with a mild street port done at Pineapple, I'm buying from a friend, but I wanted to know exactly what I was getting into. Great site, tons of info. Thanks.

Welcome to nopistons!

If you have experience with other cars, most of the stuff is the same. The 2nd gen n/a is really easy to work on, in my experience.

Hopefully your rebuild and streetport was done properly.

I have a pretty good idea of the rotary engine, just very little hands on experience yet. I own a 83 supra and it will be my last Piston Engine.
