Default need 88 rx7 help !!

Hello from Texas !! I got an 88 rx7 she's a beauty I've done all the Maitenance on her since I got her now I wanna build some horsepower. I talked to a guy about turboing it but he had said running boost will wear out the apex seals and springs faster. Is this true ? And if so . what's a good way to go for power on a rotary besides an obnoxious v8 -_-

The stock exhaust is a bottle neck. Get an exhaust system from Racing Beat, then get a lightweight flywheel.

Installing a turbo on a non-turbo motor is a complicated affair, you have to really know what you're doing regarding tuning the engine.

Racing beat doesn't offer full exhaust systems for automatic transmissions why is this? And how would I go about it cause mine is automatic? Would I have to purchase individual parts? Exhaust manifold ,cats ect ?
