hi everybody. i've kinda been reading on this forum for awhile i have read those other forums err whatchyamacallit...rx7club also teamfc3s seemed to have died. people seemed to be more alive over here. so yeah that's the deal.

just got my RX-7 about umm 3 weeks ago, and i don't know **** about the car. i only know about the piston driven. but i liked how the rotary worked. believe me i asked tons of people before buying this car. i'ved eyed the FC particularly since i was in high school about hmmm 3 years ago?. but you know i just never had the capabilities to get one but now its happened..(about time)

a few problems here and there of course..nothing's perfect....i mean 600 bucks...can't really complain. i still had money left over for a dollar meal at mcdonald's right after..........right before the clutch died on me...while im on the freeway...but that's another story. (horrible..just horrible....)

currently on the process of rebuilding the engine...(about to)

replacing the clutch and all bunch of little stuff

car is currently "dead" but it shall live again...

SO! with that said...WASSSSAAAAAP.

Welcome! I guess you got your money's worth? No better way to get to know your car than major repairs!

I feel your pain. At least you got to drive yours a bit. I still have no idea what i'm in for. The car followed me home on a trailer w/ a bunch of parts in the back.

Sometimes I wish I could look at cars differently. I never look at them for what the are, I look at them for what they can be, which can be both a blessing and a curse.

Good luck w/ the rebuild.
