Thumbs down

Hi to everyone!

I am a european car enthusiast and finally I have decided to go wankel!

Well, I think I like the RX-7, the rounded one (I think it was from 92 to 96, wasn't it?).

In this border of the atlantic sea, it's hard to find a rx-7 twin turbo, and if found... well, better not to know the asking price

Are there any difference per year in the Rx-7 that I want?

Wich one is better, wich one is cheaper? Well, please if possible inform me, or reffer me to a faq that may help me.

I want a 1.3L TT.

yeah the tt 1.3 rx7 is the 92-2002 car. I have no clue on what is availiabl in your parts of the world.. but there are a few on this forum who are from that area and they might be able to give you more info as far as which model is better and perhaps what has more parts available.

I expect problems with parts, and if found, I expect really high prices.

I had these issues already with my 96 Eclipse, that I bought at MA three years ago.

AS for the FD (the '92-'02 RX7) parts are fairly well priced and good to come by if you live in either netherlands or germany. Getting tuning parts however is a tad more difficult.

There are some good and reliable web-discounters that offer FD parts for pretty good prices and mainly for the FD RX7's.

Me, I aim on an FC at the moment ('86-'91) ((09-1989 to be exact)) and will face more problems in getting parts. As usual, belgium offers trashed RX7's on some of their scrapheaps, but for the rest teh mazda dealership is your biggest friend.

as for websites for tuningparts (exterior, interior, exhaust and performance in some occasion) try following:
