I was hanging out with some friends and this T/A comes cruising thruogh looking for a race. Idon't normally play with V8's but I said screw it because I was board. We chase him down and get him to race. 1st race I launch at 3300, spin a little but still manage to stay ahead by about 3/4 of a car, shift to 2nd and we stay the same, hit 3rd (hear aloud pop, threw a flame) and pul like a mother ****** on him. I pulled about 4-5 cars on him. By the time we finished I had him by about 6 cars. Second race was me, him, and my friend in his Sentra SER. We all launched and they both took me out of the hole because I spun like I was on ice. Hit second still spinning but amnage to get about even with them. Hit third and realled them in and past them. Hit 4th and finished with about 1/2 a car on the T/A and 1 car on the Sentra. I know the second race makes the 1st look like a bullshit story, but it's true. The second race I spun alot(lot of gravel on the road). BTW Vosko the Kumho 712s really do hook up well for my second gen. :bigthumg:

Forgot to mention that the T/A was an automatic, totally stock, and I think the driver was drunk. Also I was running 10psi and the Sentra was decently moded.

It was a newer T/A. Without the WS6 package or ram air. I think it was like a 99, but I'm not sure.

Thats the 1989 20th Anniversary edition Trans Am, I think if you raced a SLP Firehawk against one the newer one would win, the SLP Firehawk has almost a 100hp advantage over the 1989.
