6 Port Bridgeport All Motor Vs A Monte Carlo
#1
Well took Sarg. Cales "army of one" forum member's first gen. 6 port bridgeport to our local street drags. The v8 crowd looked at his old school looking set up and felt they could whoop on us.
we talked about a 400.00 money race and both parties agreed. They brought an SS Monte Carlo with some work under the hood. In my opinion the sound coming out the exhaust pipes was decent. But that bridgeport did not want to loose..
Hell it took about 10 minutes of both cars trying to get the launch on each other. Finally I told Sarg. Cales :"just relax, we have the faster car(I was the flag man) let him leave first.
Cales did, Monte carlo left first and the sarg. followed and opened a real nice can of whoop *** on the SS. The Sarg. beat the crap out of him. something like a 5 car gap between them.
After that no more challenges from the v8 crowd. to be continue for the next weekend.
a little wankel engine beating up on 350 cubic inches.. rotary pride...

It sure was funny to see them all with their heads down just handing over the cash silently.
Can't wait for a better matchup. Thanks for the support guys.
Judge, you know I could not have done it without your words of wisdom... so I say thanks from the bottom of my rotor shaped heart.
