I did some measureing of my own, and it looks like it will be tight. Anyone know what the maximum width on a race seat of this type can be?

the critical one in the fd is at the outer shoulder, if those are big on your new seat it wont fit

Try to find ones that are similar size to the stock Spirit R Recaro's.

Ok, well i got these instead from speedpeople.com. Talked to them on the phone and one of the guys there actually had them in a 3rd gen. Cost $500 for both seats with brackets, and are the same as the sparco's. Here are the pics....

I got the all black seats, since the grey didn't match my gunmetal interior. Here is the pic of the sparco's, cost more for 1 seat than I paid for everything.

oh hell no... the biggest seat that will fit in the floor is 18.5 inches. ... the shoulders are the problem. I've got a set of Corbeau A4's in mine (same as sparco torino) and the shoulder's barely touch.



The Carrera's or CR1's dont fit at all

Oh I know man, I have been looking for some new seats for a long time now, but everything is so expensive. I got quoted $900 to have my stock seats re-leathered.....no way. Sparco torino's are $600 a seat, so when I saw these for $500 for both seats and rails I had to pull out the credit card. I suspect i'm going to have to make the rails work somehow with the stock rails, much like the torino seats.
