I've been looking around localy and havent found anything. I need to make a panel to go under my radio to fill the gap and also to mount my guages.

you can get a stereo install kit that has that has a blank area under the radio to do as you please. How did you plan on screwing a plastic panel to

the car? A S5 gives you a tiny bit of room on the sides to try to get some screws in, but a S4 panel does not. Get a stereo kit so you can mount everything correctly.

it will be the easier way, and it will secure things properly.

You could even get the Saab panel to mount the gauges, and usually

the stereo kit comes with a little storage compartment.
