I have personally tested the Passport and the Valentine side by side and I can tell you right now, the day I buy a radar detector it will definitely be a Valentine 1. I have spoke with the people that make them and met Mike Valentine. They are a no bullshit company and their product's performance demonstrates this.

I have a new Passport 8500. I searched around the net and all the sites I saw said it was best. No complaints here.

V1 = 360deg cover...nuff said!



used v1's go for from 250-300 depending on what they come with ...



i'v seen some 1.6's for 120$ and the upgrade to the 1.8 is 250$(upgrade is done by u sending in ur old one then they will send you a completely new one)
